THE COLLECTOR'S EDIT · DISNEY LORCANA · D23 2026
Angel is mid-song. Mushu is tangled in a very un-stealthy entrance. Héctor looks ready to bring the house down. Put all six cards together and the D23 2026 collection feels like a tiny Disney cast reunion, framed for your shelf.
That is the pleasure of this set: six different personalities, six illustrated scenes and a presentation that lets you take them in together. For a collector who pauses over the artwork before reading the rules, there is plenty here to linger over.
The Disney Lorcana D23 2026 Collector Set at PNOY TCG contains a fixed selection of six English foil cards. Ravensburger describes them as extended-art editions in special packaging. You know the cast before you open the box; the discovery is in the details. See the publisher's D23 announcement.
A little gallery of big personalities
Start at the left of the display and let your eye travel across it. The change in colour and movement is part of the fun: gold musical curls give way to wind-swept blues, vivid bamboo greens and the warmer theatrical energy around Héctor. Each scene has its own rhythm.
01 / MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Angel and Pocahontas
Angel – Siren Singer pairs a mischievous grin with curling golden notes. Beside her, Pocahontas – Following the Wind raises a hand into a sweep of hair and swirling colour. One image draws you towards a face; the other carries your eye around the scene. If you collect expressive character portraits, spend a moment with this pair.
02 / COMEDY & CHARACTER
Mushu and Héctor
Mushu – Stealthy Dragon loops his red body through green bamboo, with his face low in the frame. The joke lands before you read the title. Héctor Rivera – Gone to Pieces brings the exuberance of Coco alongside him. It is a pairing for collectors who like a card to tell a story at a glance.
03 / BRAINS & BRAWN
Judy and Mr. Incredible
Judy Hopps – Uncovering Clues stands amid flying papers beside an open book. Mr. Incredible – Taking Out the Trash strides through rubble. Their neighbouring scenes make a pleasing contrast: follow the evidence, or take action. Zootopia and Incredibles fans each get a recognisable personality to anchor the set.
The blue-purple box gives those very different worlds a common stage. Look along its lower edge and you will find the character silhouettes, a small packaging detail that makes the presentation feel considered. The long window keeps the lineup together instead of making one card do all the work.
Héctor is the bridge to Lorcana’s next chapter
There is a release-story reason to look twice at Héctor, too. Ravensburger announced that the D23 collection would include the first card from Hyperia City released to the public. Disney's August 2026 panel recap identifies that preview as Héctor Rivera from Coco, a story entering Lorcana through the new set.
For a Coco fan, that gives the collection a particular place in the game’s history: a familiar character arriving in a new card world. It is a moment worth collecting for its story, whether Héctor is your favourite member of this lineup or the beginning of a Coco-focused collection.
D23 itself is woven into Lorcana's history. The game’s first card reveal took place there in 2022, as Ravensburger recalled in its 2026 announcement. This is the 2026 collection, a later chapter with its own six-card cast, rather than the original 2022 promos or the 2024 selection.
How does it fit your collection?
Think about what you most enjoy when you look through your cards. A favourite character? A finish that catches the light? A set that makes a satisfying display without needing another chase? That is a more useful starting point than collecting a D23 label on its own.
- For the Disney character collector, start with the faces you love and enjoy the unexpected neighbours they bring to your shelf.
- For the Lorcana art collector, compare the composition of the six scenes and the way the extended artwork fills each card.
- For a gift, the fixed lineup makes the choice clear: check that these are characters the recipient enjoys, then show them the complete presentation.
You can inspect the photographs and current availability on the D23 2026 Collector Set product page. PNOY's listing is for one complete six-card set. The separate event playmat, lorebook, pins and extra promotional cards are not part of this product, and these six cards do not form a ready-to-play starter deck.
BRING THE CAST TOGETHER
Which glimmer would you look at first?
Perhaps it is Angel's grin. Perhaps it is Héctor's entrance into Lorcana. Choose the collection for the characters and the little details you will still enjoy looking at after the first unboxing.
