Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Toys
We accept returns or exchanges for toys within 30 days of delivery, provided the toy is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For health, safety, and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for toys that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging, parts, tags, or accessories, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Trading Cards and Collectible Card Products
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, randomised contents, and the risk of tampering once products leave our store, all trading cards and related trading card products are final sale for change-of-mind returns.
This includes, but is not limited to, booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, tins, starter decks, theme decks, pre-release kits, mystery packs, graded cards, single cards, sealed card products, and similar collectible card items.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for trading cards or related trading card products due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, duplicate pulls, unwanted cards, market value changes, or dissatisfaction with the random contents of sealed products.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@pnoytcg.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
